It’s Not ‘Just’ a Scratch…
Learn why even minor work injuries in West Palm Beach need attention and legal support.
You’re doing your job, just like you always do in Palm Beach when you accidentally cut your finger on a piece of machinery. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, so you wrap it up in a bandage and you head out the door. But the law firm of Lyle B. Masnikoff & Associates, P.A. wants you to know that any injury on the job could be more than just an inconvenience.
If you don’t get it checked out, and you don’t file a workers’ compensation report, and the scratch gets infected, you may not be able to get the expenses covered for the treatment.
