What we handle.

01

Denied & delayed claims

A denial isn’t the final word. We file the Petition for Benefits and build the evidence to win it.

02

Medical treatment disputes

Surgery refused, referrals ignored, the wrong doctor? We push for the care you actually need.

03

Lost-wage benefits

We check your average weekly wage and chase every late, missing or underpaid check.

04

Impairment & permanent benefits

When an injury leaves lasting limits, we make sure your rating and benefits reflect it.

05

Death benefits

We help families of workers lost on the job pursue the benefits Florida law provides.

06

Settlements, mediation & trial

Thousands of depositions, mediations, hearings and trials - we’re ready for whichever your case needs.

Workers’ Compensation questions.

Can I see my own doctor?

In Florida the insurer usually authorizes your treating doctor, but you may be able to request a one-time change of physician. We’ll walk you through how and when to use it.

Can I be fired for filing a claim?

Florida law prohibits firing or threatening an employee for filing a valid workers’ comp claim. If that happened to you, talk to us about a retaliation claim.

What if my claim was denied?

A denial can be challenged by filing a Petition for Benefits with the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims. Most disputes go to mediation first, then to a final hearing if needed.

How much does it cost to hire you?

Nothing up front. Your consultation is free and we work on a no-fee-unless-we-win basis.
